All Kee batteries and charging components come with a 1 year limited warranty.  To submit a warranty claim, take the following steps:

  • Review the FAQ page to see if you can find a solution to the problem you are experiencing.
  • Send a detailed description of the problem with your proof of purchase in the form of a receipt to info@keebattery.com with Warranty in the subject line. It is important to include your receipt as this will help us process the claim in a timely manner.
